Red cabbage

Red cabbage or red cabbage, a close relative of cabbage, is similar in its structure, although its arrangement is different. This variety is smaller and more compact than the other green varieties. The shades of its leaves are purple and white on the inside, mixing these rings in the density of its leaves. 

Its taste is subtly sweet and the colour of its purple, magenta or purple shades. For these reasons it is highly appreciated in gastronomy.
